Built on brotherhood, driven by hard work.

Ryan and Josh’s story began in 2012 when they started their apprenticeships together at Competition. Wherever one went, the other followed. From Competition to Trademark and then Built, they gained hands-on experience working across three different departments, developing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and building a strong bond along the way. Both hardworking and dedicated, Ryan and Josh have always believed in doing the job right and taking pride in the work they put their names on. Their shared commitment to quality, problem-solving, and finding better ways to serve their customers helped shape their vision for something of their own. They wanted to build a company that delivered quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and custom fabrication solutions at a fair price.

In 2022, that vision became Northern Fabrication.

Starting out in a buddy’s garage, Ryan and Josh began producing small parts with big ambitions. Through long hours, hard work, and a determination to keep improving, they grew the business into something much bigger. They moved into a small shop in Sparta, quickly outgrew that space, and eventually relocated to their current facility. What started as three buddies working out of a garage has grown into a team of 20 employees, with plans to expand into their next building. Despite that growth, Ryan and Josh remain committed to the same principles they started with: putting in the work, standing behind what they build, treating customers right, and never settling for less than their best.

Their story is built on more than fabrication. It's about friendship, hard work, and the determination to turn an idea into something lasting. As Northern Fabrication continues to grow, Ryan and Josh remain focused on delivering quality products, building strong customer relationships, and creating a company their team can be proud to be part of. From a garage to a growing fabrication company, Ryan and Josh are proof of what hard work, dedication, and a shared vision can build. And they're just getting started.
